Blogger of the Week - Modalicious

First af all, we welcome you to our blog, and we are glad to present a new section that will make us know a little better some of the most popular and nice fashion bloggers of the Web: Blogger of the week!
Every week will be dedicated to a new fashion blogger: on Tuesday we’ll post an interview where she will be talking about herself, her approach to fashion and her passions, while in thursday we’ll feature on this blog a selection of items or a complete outfit  from EleonoraBonucci.com chosen by our blogger of the week. Clear enough?
Now, let’s start with...me! 

Yes, because who’s now writing now is at the same time social media manager of EleonoraBonucci.com and blogger of Modalicious, a blog about fashion, new trends, gadget and design.
I am Violetta Lima, aka almostviola, and I live in Sicily, where I was born. I am a social media manager, as I said before, and I like fashion and design.
I’m not a fashion blogger in the usual and common way, I don’t post picture of my outfit and myself ‘cause I find it a little weird, but I love to write and talk about fashion. My favourite topic is new trends and gadgets: strange accessories and hi-tech gadget (glasses, headphones...) nowadays are part of our look.

I started my blog 4 years ago, and I called it Modalicious mixing together “moda” (the italian word for fashion) and delicious... cause fashion can be really fun, pleasant and playful!
I love my country, Italy and Sicily in particular, and its natural sense of fashion. In Italy glamour is in the air! So, my style is inspired by the bright colours and the great sunlight you can find in Sicily...just like in Dolce&Gabbana advertising shots and short movies!
My wardrobe essentials are: comfy jeans, basic shirts, plain but colourful t-shirts, Dr Martens (I have a mini-collection!) and my Longchamp Pliage.
My last purchase is a bi-colour clutch (fuchsia/purple) with studs and chain shoulder strap that I bought  from a young sicilian designer, Andrea Gangi, in his boutique in Catania, Ibridi...it’s absolutely adorable!
My wishlist? Is pretty long...and one of the things on it is a Celine bag. Is it evident I’m a bagaholic? :)

Prima di tutto, vi diamo il benvenuto sul nostro blog e siamo lieti di presentarvi una nuova rubrica all'interno d esso, grazie alla quale conosceremo un po' di più alcune delle più popolari e simpatiche fashion blogger presenti sul web: Blogger of the Week.
Ogni settimana sarà dedicata ad una fashion blogger diversa: ogni martedì pubblicheremo un'intervista con la nostra blogger in cui ci parlerà del suo rapporto con la moda, di sé e delle sue passioni, mentre il giovedì ospiteremo sul blog una selezione di prodotti o un intero outfit scelto dalla Blogger of the week su EleonoraBonucci.com. E' abbastanza chiaro?
E allora iniziamo da...me!
Sì, perché chi sta scrivendo adesso è allo stesso tempo social media manager di EleonoraBonucci e blogger di Modalicious, un blog che si occupa di moda, nuove tendenze, design e gadget.

Sono Violetta Lima, o almostviola, e vivo in Sicilia, dove sono nata. Come ho già detto sono una social media manager e amo il mondo del fashion e del design.
Non sono una fashion blogger nel senso solito e comune del termine, non posto foto di me e dei miei outfit (lo trovo piuttosto strano!) ma mi piace scrivere e parlare di moda. Il mio argomento preferito però sono gli accessori, i dettagli strani e i gadget, compresi quelli hi-tech....perché ormai anche loro fanno parte integrante del nostro look.
Ho iniziato a scrivere sul mio blog 4 anni fa, chiamandolo Modalicious dal mix di moda e delicious; perché credo davvero che possa essere e sia divertente e piacevole quasi come un gioco.
Amo il mio paese, l'Italia, e la Sicilia in particolare, e la sua naturale inclinazione per la moda...è come se si respirasse stile! E di solito mi ispiro proprio alla Sicilia e ai suoi colori forti e vivaci sotto una luce abbagliante...un po' come immaginare gli scatti o i mini film delle campagne pubblicitarie di Dolce&Gabbana!
Cosa non manca nel mio armadio: jeans comodi, ballerine, t-shirt coloratissime, camicie basic, delle Dr Martens (ho una minicollezione..) e la mia Pliage Longchamp.
Il mio ultimo acquisto è una clutch bicolore con tracolla in catena e borchie creata da un giovane e originale designer siciliano, Andrea Gangi, nella sua boutique coloratissima a Catania, Ibridi...assolutamente adorabile.
La mia wishlist? Ancora piuttosto lunga...e in essa figura di sicuro una Celine. E' troppo evidente che sono una bagaholic?
